  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Registration and Account
  • You are required to create an account to use our Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  1. Rental Process
  • Reservation: You need to be present in person to the cage box. No reserves are available through our website or mobile app during the test mode, subject to change in the future.
  • Payment: You must pay the rental fee at the time of Booking. Payment methods are specified on the Service.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful payment, RentMe Box door will open automatically.

 

 

 

 

  1. Use of Kayak
  • Permitted Use: You are allowed to use the kayak and related equipment in the RentMe Box during your rental period.
  • Maintenance: You must keep the kayak and related equipment in good condition. Any damage to the kayak and related equipment during your rental period is your responsibility.
  1. Rental Period
  • Rental Period: The rental period begins on the start date specified in your booking and ends on the end date specified.
  • Extensions: No extensions are available through our website or mobile app during the test mode, subject to change in the future.
  1. Fees and Payment
  • Rental Fees: Rental fees are specified on our website and mobile app. All fees must be paid in advance.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations: no cancellations are available through our website or mobile app during the test mode, subject to change in the future.
  • Refunds: no Refunds are available through our website or mobile app during the test mode, subject to change in the future.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Disclaimer: Our Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentMe Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
